Before You Request

  • Letters of invitation are issued only to authors of accepted papers.
  • This page is for the main PACLIC 40 conference only. If you are attending the JWLLP 36 workshop, please contact the JWLLP organizers directly.
  • Have your paper ID and the email address used for your submission ready. They are used to verify your request.
  • Your details are checked against our records and our team emails your letter to you as a PDF. This takes about 2-3 days, so please allow time before your visa appointment. The letter confirms acceptance of your paper and invites you to attend.
  • Visa applications are your own responsibility. Requirements vary by country, and the organizers cannot advise on individual cases. The conference does not provide financial support.
