Early Bird rates apply when payment is completed by November 20, 2026, 11:59 PM (UTC+8). Registering before then without paying does not keep the Early Bird rate.
Payment is processed in NTD at a fixed rate of 1 USD = 32 NTD. Overseas card statements may differ slightly due to bank conversion.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register and attend the conference.
